On November 29, the Government held its November regular meeting where it heard a scheme on reorganization of enterprises under the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security; a draft decree on sale and assignment of enterprises in which the State owns the whole charter capital; and reports on the socio-economic situation in November and the first 11 months of 2007, the market and anti-corruption situation in November, the administrative reform work, and the flood prevention and combat and overcoming of flood consequences in Central Vietnam.
