- After receiving enough the legal papers, registrar of Justice Department writes into Death registration book and the original of Death notice, Director of Justice Department signs and issues an original of Death notice to the applicant of registering the death. After registering the death, Justice Department sends the copy of Death notice to Consulate Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to inform the competent authority of the country where the died person is the citizen or resides permanently.
