With this Decision, which takes effect 15 addition of the days after its publication in the Official Gazette, the Trade Minister approves the addition of the scheme "National E-Commerce Gate - ECVN" to the 2004 national key trade promotion program.

The scheme shall be carried out from 2004 to 2006 with a total fund of VND 17 billion wholly supported by the State.

This Decision replaces the Trade Ministry's Decision No. 1675/2004/QD-BTM of November 12, 2004.- (Summary)
