The Regulation prescribes the contents and regime of reporting on mineral survey, exploration, exploitation and processing activities; the responsibilities of agencies performing the State management over minerals as well as of mining organizations and individuals for implementing this reporting regime.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Industry Minister's Decision No. 549/QD-DCKS of April 15, 1997.- (Summary)
