* To give legal assistance to enterprises for 2012, Thua Thien Hue provincial Department of Justice held a seminar on legal aid to enterprises with the participation of representatives from provincial tax department, enterprise association and young enterprise association. As planned, in May 2012, the provincial Department of Justice in coordination with related agencies will organize a conference to discuss and answering of law inquiries for more than 300 enterprises, focusing on laws on tax and commercial contract.
* According to the draft plan on monitoring the legal implementation for 2012, Ministry of Justice will examine the legal implementation in five areas drawing the public concerns: environment protection, banking and securities, traffic safety, coruption prevention and combating as well as authentication.
