* On March07, the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) held a International Conference in researching the Civil Code, amended in 2005 with the theme "Rules on secured transactions in Vietnamese Civil Code 2005 and German experiences ".
* Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong on March8 with Justice Vice Minister of Laos, Ket Kiettisak and Vice Rector of Hanoi Law University, Truong Quang Vinh hosted a conference about legal education and training of Lao PDR and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at the Lao Ministry of Justice’s headquarter.
* On March06, at the Judicial Publishing House, Cluster II emulation under MOJ held a conference on deploying movement and competition covenant signed 2012. Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Member of Communist Party Committee attended and expressed an opinion address at conference.
