Ca Mau: Issuing plan deploying the implementation of Decree No. 55/ 2011/ ND-CP

On November 3, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tien Hai signed Decision No. 1668/ QD-UBND issuing the Plan deploying the implementation of Decree No. 55/ 2011/ ND-CP dated July 04 2011 of Government stipulating the functions, duties, power and organizational structure of legal agencies.

Currently in Ca Mau province, 06 legal divisions under Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Commerce and Industry; Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism; Department of Construction and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development have gone into operation with 96 legal staff./.-ITD
