Justice news in brief 14/02
* Ministry of Justice on February 10 held a seminar to gather opinions of legal experts and scientists on amending the Criminal Code. The Criminal Code has been recently amended in 2009, however, there have arising inadequacies that do not meet the demand of crime prevention and combat in the new era.
* The representative agency of Ministry of Justice in Ho Chi Minh City on February 10 organized the conference deploying 2012 working plan. Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh attended the meeting. On this occasion, he also handed appointment decision to Mr. Le Tien Chau as Acting General Director and Head of representative agency .
* TheCommission for Propaganda and Education of Justice Ministry’s Party Committee has conducted the first preliminary review of the propagation to promote "Study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" movement launched on MOJ’s electronic portal and Vietnam Law Newspaper.
