Workshop on Impact Assessment of amending the 2006 Law on Lawyers
Justice Ministry on November 26, coordinated with judicial program partners held a workshop on impact assessment in the revised 2006 Law on Lawyers in Hanoi. Attending the Workshop were leaders from Justice Departments, lawyers from the Bar Association of the Northern provinces.
The participants took part in discussions, suggestions for the draft and pointed out the different perspectives in order to improve the Law on Lawyers, aims to create a uniform legal basis, unity and resolve issues and problems and inadequacies of the current Law on Lawyers, enabling the development of long-term stability of the legal profession.
