Justice news in brief 7/8
* From August 01 to 03, Ministry of Justice in coordination with Son La provincial People’s Committee held a training course for judicial officials at district level as well as commune- level judicial and civil status officials. The training course aimed at improving the standard of judicial officals at district and communical levels in Son La province and building a good staff to meet the requirements in the new situation. At the course, trainees heard presentations on : civil status; conciliation at grassroot level; legal dissemination and education; legal aid; roles, position and functions of judicial and civil status officals at commune level.
* On August 02, Ca Mau provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1093/ QD-UBND on establishing the legal division under Ca Mau provincial Department of Home Affairs, this is the 12th legal division in Ca Mau province. Earlier, the legal division under provincial Department of Health was established following the Decision No. 1092/ QD-UBND. Currently, Ca Mau has 12 legal divisions with 41 officials under provincial Departments.
