Justice news in brief 13/7
* To implementing of the 2012 work plan, Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty on July11 had a meeting with Justice Department of Hanoi. The delegation included representatives from National Center for Criminal Records, Department of Information Technology. This meeting was attended by representatives of the Justice Department, leaders and staffs from Criminal Records Offices, Office of Justice Department, the Departments of Home Affairs and Public Security in Hanoi.
* On July12, the Justice Department hosted meeting of the Drafting Committee and the Editorial Team for draft joint circular on guiding the handling of security property with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of transport, Ministry of Public Security, Office of land use right registration in Hanoi, Vietnam Banking Association, the relevant units under the Ministry of Justice, VietinBank and VietcomBank.
* Pursuant to Decree No.55/2011/ND-CP of the Government on regulating functions, duties, powers and organizational apparatus of legal organizations and Decision No. 365/QD-UBND dated 07/3/2012 of Chairman of provincial People's Committee for approving the project named "establishment, to strengthen the organization and improve operational quality of the legal organizations of the specialized agencies of the provincial People's Committee and state enterprises in the area Ca Mau Province in 2015 ", recently, Vice President of provincial People's Committee Duong Tien Dung on July 10 has signed Decision No. 922/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Legal Division of the Department of Science and Industry technology of Ca Mau province.
