Justice news in brief 05/7
* Implementation of the 2012 program and work plans, Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty on July03 with the delegation of Ministry included representatives from National Criminal Records Center, Department of information Technology, Office of the Ministry of Justice has worked with the provincial Department of Justice of Tuyen Quang.
* Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung on July04 has chaired the judging panel Employment Law Project by Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs of the drafting. The project consists of 11 chapters and 128 clauses, the Government is expected to be commenting in thematic sessions (from July20 to 21) before send to the National Assembly for comments at the 4th session and passed at the 5th session.
* In order to promptly assess the results of judicial work in the first 6 months, the work program proposed last 6 months in 2012 and launched the movement named "the judicial branch joint efforts to contribute to building a new countryside", Ca Mau Department of Justice on July02 held a preliminary meeting. Attending at the meeting were 27 delegates were the Head of Department, Chief, Vice Chief from divisions, centers of the Departments from districts, cities; Chairman of Trade Union and Union Secretary of the Justice Committee Mr. Nguyen Thanh Reo, Provincial Commissioner, Director, Department of Justice chaired the meeting.
