* On June29, the War Veterans League of Ministry of Justice organized the second Congress of term from 2012 to 2017 on assess, reviewing the work term from 2009 to 2012, therefore Its give major direction and tasks of the term in 2012 -2015. The Congress elected the Executive Committee for Second term 2012-2017 included 09 members. On behalf of League, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tap would attend the fifth National Congress Central Committee of Vietnam Veterans.
* Implementation of the Program No. 39-CTr/BCS dated May02, 2012 of MOJ’s Committee of Communist Party on key judicial reform period 2012 - 2016, Ministry of Justice on June29 hosted a workshop to construction of theoretical and practical arguments for the views, orientation amendment and supplement the 1999 Penal Code of Vietnam. Deputy Minister of Justice Hoang The Lien chaired the workshop.
* To assess objective and comprehensive performance tasks in the first 6 months of Judicial tasks of the districts and communes, wards and townships in the province to direct the implementation of measures task for the last 6 months and coming time, Justice Department of Lai Chau province has issued the plan no. 184/KH-STP on checking judicial work for 2012.
