* On May 05, Ministry of Justice and People's Committee of Quang Binh province signed cooperation program on the construction of Dong Hoi Law School to meet the training needs of human resources for the justice sector, to enhance highly skilled, professional, professional staff of Justice of the North Central province. Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee of Quang Binh Nguyen Huu Hoai together with leaders and representatives from units under Ministry of Justice and Quang Binh provinces attended this important event.
* To implement of 2011 guideline-oriented basis, legal support work in Hanoi has recently achieved much higher results. Promoting achievement, Legal Assistance Centre government in Hanoi has identified 10 key tasks for 2012.
* Officer Law on January01 toke effect, Public servants Law has take effective two years earlier. This is the first time there are 2 laws specifying how the cadres, civil servants and employees; of the officers, civil servants and officials must not do; salary, disciplinary action for violations.... Earlier, the Ordinance on Officials and public employees do not have clearly defined the content itself led to a situation in the state who are doing but not aware that they are officials, public employees or officials.
