The Congressional delegation of Nghe An coming to visit and work with Provincial People's Committee
On May 08, Congressional Delegation had a meeting with the provincial People's Committee of Nghe An province to monitor the implementation of the law. Attending at the meeting were Mr Pham Van Tan - Deputy Head of provincial parliamentarians, Mr. Thai Van Hang - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and representatives from the departments who concerned.
Khanh Hoa province hosted legal knowledge training for communal justice
On the morning of April 25, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Department of Justice held a legal training conference for nearly 150 officers of Justice - Civil Status of the communes, wards and towns in this province. To continue effective implementation of monitoring the implementation of the law in the province in accordance with Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP dated 23/7/2012 of the Government; also assessing the situation and effective law enforcement, timely detection of errors, limitations in this work, to recommend measures to improve the legal system, on March 04, provincial People's Committee of Ben Tre has issued the Plan No.881/KH-UBND on monitoring the implementation of legislation in the province in 2013.
