From 19th to 29th October, the working delegation from Ministy of Justice headed by Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty had a working visit to study the criminal record and statistics in Italy.

On October 25, the delegation from South Africa Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development, including 4 members led by Mr John Makhubele-Director of General Department for international legal relations, had attended the negotiation with Vietnam Ministry of Justice for the legal and judicial cooperation agreement. Deputy Minister Le Hong Son received the delegation and discussed the matters of mutual concerns.

From October 18 to 20, Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long attended the ceremony celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Vietnamese former student association in Nagoya university and received the Nagoya university International Cooperation Award.

On October 22,  Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a talk with  Commercial Counsellor of the Austrian embassy to Vietnam and Mr Manfred Brandner, Managing Director of Bit Media Company under Bit Group.

From October 08 to 13, the MOJ delegation led by Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung has a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany.

On October 03, Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Michel Carrie, in charge of the legal and judicial cooperation of OIF in Asia-Pacific region, Ms. Anissa Barrak, Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific of OIF to discuss issues of mutual concerns.

Within the framework of the cooperation program in the period 2012 - 2013 between the Justice Ministries of the two countries, Vietnamese Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Deputy Minister Le Hong Son had a working visit to Republic of Belarus from September 30 to October 06.

On September 28, in The Hague, administrative capital of the Netherlands, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, on behalf of Vietnamese Government  and under authorization by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, has signed and submitted official Letter of Vietnam for accession to the Hague Conference on international Justice. On the same day, the Dutch government sent a letter to Secretary General of the Hague Conference on International Justice to introduce and propose the Hague Conference to take into consideration Vietnam's proposal.

On September, after the visit to Ireland , widely seen as being successful, the Ministry of Justice’s working delegation left Dublin for Hague, the administrative capital of the Netherlands to start his three day visit to the country.

From September 26 to 27, Minister Ha Hung Cuong and delegation from the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice has courtesy meetings with the Minister of Security and Justice of Netherlands Ivo Willem Opestelten and officials from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation; Commissioner General of Dutch Bar Association and visit the Law firm Kneppelhout & Korthals based in the city of Rotterdamand. The Minister also witnessed the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between Kneppelhout & Korthals and Law Firm Dao & Associates of Vietnam.
