Preliminary Conference on three years implementation of the State Compensation Liability Law

On May 28, the Ministry of Justice held a preliminary conference reviewing 03 years of implementation of the Law on State Compensation Liability. Attending at the meeting were Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Chairman of the Judiciary Committee under the National Assembly Le Thi Nga, Justice Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty and representatives from central agencies, legal departments.

The Preliminary Conference of the first 6 months of 2013 in justice field in Quang Nam province

On June 14, Quang Nam Justice Department hosted the preliminary conference of the judicial works in first 6 months of 2013. Attending at the meeting were leaders of the Department, Divisions, Center under the Department, the Chiefs of Justice divisions in districts level, representing from Notary Offices, bar associations and other organizations of the provincial assessor Justice. Department Director Le Dao chaired the conference.
